Returns

If your not happy we are not happy... that's our policy.

We only have one exception ! - WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN THAT HAS HAD THE BRIM BENT OR WIRE BROKEN -WE DO NOT BEND THE BRIM PRIOR TO SENDING OUT - TRY YOUR HAT FOR BOTH SIZE AND LOOK BEFORE ADJUSTING THE BRIM

If you wish to return your hat please just send it to the address below unused within 30 days in the original packaging by recorded Royal mail for a full refund.

If you wish to change your hat for another size or have your hat repaired, please send to the address below along with a note of the size you require and we will get the replacement/ repair right back to you.

Please enclose £2 coin for wide brim and floppy hats & Hat Stretchers and a £1 coin for baseball caps and Military Caps

International returns

We are happy to accept returns from our international customers under the same conditions: your hat must be unused, in its original packaging, and sent back within 30 days. International customers arrange and pay for their own tracked return shipping to the address below. The £1 and £2 return postage contributions above apply to UK returns only.
