Some materials have a natural tendency to shrink over time, cotton/canvas in particular, This is mainly caused by the changes in our environment, such as normal moisture levels in the air or exposure to light rain or excessive heat. Not used it a lot yet but well made and able to accommodate some much larger trousers than my 34 inch waist I did not need the extenders.
Well made product packaged well and delivered promptly. Recommended company and products as I was delighted with a tarp hat purchased earlier and also the fact that they donate to a worthy cause in Brazil.
Excellent product gives that little bit of extra room when clothes are a too snug fit. I have stretched a pair of M S shorts which have retained their increased size even after a couple of washes. The stretcher can be used for damp stuff straight from the washing machine. Good buy.
